Ambitions Personnel has an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, based in the Grantham area. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30.

Responsibilities include dealing with customer enquiries, samples, product reserves, sale orders, and returns via phone and email. Additionally, you will raise sales orders on a Microsoft Word document, passed to the accounts department to load onto the Sage system. Quotations and proforma invoices will be raised on Sage when required or requested. Web portals will be used to check stock availabilities and provide lead times. Postage labels for sample orders and UPS shipping labels will also be raised when covering for other departments. Some export work will be involved, dealing with overseas customers.

This role will become permanent for the successful candidate after the completion of 12 weeks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
