We are currently recruiting for a skilled Construction Administrator/Planner to work within our Installation and Projects team based in East Renfrewshire. This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to our engineers and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors/tradesmen to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including document scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate engineer bookings and arrange necessary travel and accommodation.
  • Foster excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage purchase orders and stock requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Support external communications effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should possess prior experience in the construction or renewables industry, with outstanding communication, planning, and organizational abilities. Our benefits package includes a salary range of £24,000 - £25,000, company pension scheme, on-site parking, 28 days annual leave, professional growth opportunities, and quarterly performance bonuses.
