Data Administrator Role
The Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join their Data & Insights team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week and collaborate with the wider team in their office on the remaining 3 days.

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining databases through typical database administration duties, including performing backups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation, and security. You will use an ETL tool called Rivery to build data pipelines to get data into the Snowflake data warehouse.

You will look to make improvements wherever possible, ensuring that the data is clean, accurate, and secure for Analysts to access easily and create reports. The estimated salary for this role is up to £42,000 depending on level of experience.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain databases through typical Database Administration duties.
  • Use an ETL tool called Rivery to build data pipelines.
Requirements for this role include:
  • Strong skills in SQL database querying, optimisation, and working with relational data models.
  • Experience with various DBA tasks including backups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation, and security.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with ETL tools would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
