Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate operations at Grantham District Hospital, Skegness Hospital, and Louth Hospital.

The successful candidate will be based at Grantham District Hospital but will also support small teams at Skegness and Louth Hospital both in person and remotely.

  • Coordinate the reception team and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure seamless administration processes for patients, working closely with administrators in Lincoln and Boston/Spalding.

Main Duties:

  1. Provide data input support and respond to patient enquiries.
  2. Maintain organized department processes to enable efficient waiting list management.
