Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team.

This dynamic role involves coordinating business-wide projects, HR, and Finance, alongside maintaining quality health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, Finance Director, and other directors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for company HR matters, including contracts of employment, sick leave, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage diaries and schedules as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Assist with Quality control audits.
  • Coordinate business-wide improvement projects.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and suppliers in an accountancy capacity.
  • E nsure the accurate and efficient maintenance of health and safety records.

Requirements:

  • A highly organized and efficient individual with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in quality health and safety record-keeping would be an advantage.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary (estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum), company pension, sick pay, generous holiday allowance (25 days + bank holidays), onsite parking, and the chance to work in a supportive dynamic environment.
