**Role Overview:** Residential Portfolio Administrator

**Location:** Grantham, Full Time, Permanent

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £23,500 DOE

We are recruiting for a Residential Portfolio Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, invoicing contractors, and managing relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also have experience in dealing with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of residential properties
  • Invoice contractors for work completed
  • Deal with tenant, landlord, and contractor queries and concerns
  • Organise and schedule regular property inspections and safety checks
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and contractors
