In this key role, you will provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, encompassing diary management, communication coordination, and basic HR duties. As an experienced Administrative Professional, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, advanced IT proficiency, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & MRP systems.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive PA services to the Directors, managing production data, vehicle maintenance, and equipment management, performing basic HR tasks, and tracking performance meetings. The successful candidate will have previous experience in EA and HR roles, with a proven track record of providing high-level support to senior executives.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong methodical skills, effective listening, and discussion abilities. Advanced IT skills, including reporting in Excel, are also essential for this position.
