About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese speaking Office Administrator/PA to join our team at Access Appointments Consultancy Limited in Scotland. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide excellent support to our office and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in Japanese.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an office administration or PA role and possess business level Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing schedules, emails, and other tasks.
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in Japanese, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Utilize your organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
