Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A social work qualification (degree or equivalent) and experience of social work practice working with children and families.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child care legislation, and social work practice.
- An understanding of trauma-informed practice and the ability to apply this in your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to analyze information, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
