Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and intervention services to children and families in need, including those who are at risk of harm or have experienced trauma.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, including those with complex needs.
- Provide supervision and support to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and families.
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registered with Social Work England and holding a valid driving license.
- Extensive knowledge and application of social work legislation, methodologies, and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including children, families, and professionals.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to respond flexibly to changing requirements.
