Children's Residential Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Children's Residential Support Worker in our Children's Home.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and helping them to reach their full potential.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience and location.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and respect among colleagues and residents.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20.
- A premium rate of £25 per night shift worked.
- A £1500 welcome bonus.
- 4 weekly rota patterns.
- An average of 40 hours per week.
