Learning Disability Care Assistant

We are seeking a committed and caring individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Care Assistant in our Children's Home.
This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in the care sector, supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities and making a real difference in their lives.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the personal care needs of our residents, including washing, dressing, and getting ready for bed.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
- Follow established protocols to address any medical needs or emergencies.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for our residents and colleagues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20.
- A premium rate of £25 per night shift worked.
- A £1500 welcome bonus.
- 4 weekly rota patterns.
- An average of 40 hours per week.
