Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support with daily activities and emotional support to an individual with a learning disability in Baldock.
Job Overview:This role involves working collaboratively with the individual to achieve their goals and aspirations, developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with the individual and their family, and driving the individual as required using a manual car.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily living support and emotional support to the individual
- Work collaboratively with the individual to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individual and their family
- Drive the individual as required using a manual car
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time)
