We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our support staff, you will be working in a SEN Secondary School based in Baldock, supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support class Senior LSA's and Teachers with the preparation of resources for personalized learning intentions of allocated students.
  • Provide 1:1 support under the supervision of the class Teacher for skills-based learning.
  • Contribute to student wellbeing and ability to engage in learning through provision of necessary support.
  • Implement Safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

A minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths is required. All applicants must have the necessary qualifications and training for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive package that includes:
