Learning Support Practitioner

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualised support to students with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised support plans for students with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver effective education and support.
- Support students to achieve their educational and personal goals.
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and achievement.
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and community locations.
