Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist, working within a Children's Home that provides support for children and young people with severe learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care needs such as washing and getting ready for bed.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night.
- Ensure any medical needs are followed.
- Create a safe environment for both the children and colleagues.
- Perform light housekeeping duties during night shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20.
- A premium rate of £25 per night shift worked.
- A £1500 welcome bonus.
- 4 weekly rota patterns.
- An average of 40 hours per week.
