Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NMC registered nurse to work closely with patients requiring enteral feeding support and collaborate with carers in their local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working autonomously, managing a caseload and collaborating with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Providing training and clinical support on enteral feeding pumps and equipment to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills to manage enteral feeding effectively.
- Facilitating patient discharges by reducing hospital referrals and improving patient care and experience, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve seamless transitions.
