Clinical Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Worker to join our Community Respiratory Team in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients with complex respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support and education to patients with respiratory conditions, promoting health and self-management.
- Working closely with respiratory specialist nurses and physiotherapists to deliver pulmonary rehabilitation classes and home visits.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of standards of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of physical health, mental health, and learning disabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to use initiative and work independently.
- A good time management skillset.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
