About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing specialist psychological interventions, providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members, and contributing to the planning and development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality specialist psychological assessments and treatments to clients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual client needs
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members, including assistant psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists
- Contribute to the planning and development of our services, ensuring that they are aligned with best practices and meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

Skills and Qualifications
- Doctoral-level qualification in clinical psychology or a related field
- Postgraduate experience in clinical psychology or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising junior staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
