About The Role

As a Clinical Support Specialist with the Practice Plus Group, you will be an integral part of our NHS 111 contact centre team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle calls from members of the public, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and triage expertise to provide accurate assessments and direct them to the most suitable care.

  • An hourly rate of £11.48 per hour during daytime and training hours (07:00-23:00);
  • £14.27 per hour contractual night rate (23:00-07:00);
  • £14.77 per hour Red Zone weekend rate (subject to terms and conditions when working more than 26 hours a week).

Training Options

We are currently offering Full-Time or Part-Time roles between 16-37.5 hours per week to cover our core shifts and assist patients when they need us most. You must be willing and committed to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
