Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Regional Managing Director and the wider team at Gleeson Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the regional office reception area, maintaining company correspondence, attending meetings, and managing inventory of office supplies.
As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for welcoming them and assisting with the sign-in process. You will also be responsible for managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and deliveries. Additionally, you will attend meetings as required, create agendas, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a receptionist in a professional working environment and will be able to work in a fast-paced office environment. You will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the regional office reception area, including welcoming visitors and assisting them with the regional visitor sign-in process.
- Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and deliveries.
- Attend meetings as required, create agendas, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment.
- Identify and manage internal and external office facilities, such as shared kitchen refreshments, signage, and local parking requirements.
