About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Home Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the efficient management of rosters and time and attendance systems.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Home Manager, including typing, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage stationery supplies and staff uniforms.
- Arrange and calculate monthly stock takes and costs.
- Process receipts of monies and prepare financial information for invoicing purposes.
- Line management responsibilities for receptionist, including conducting supervisions and appraisals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a care home administration role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
