About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider People team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless HR processes for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new starter, changes, and leaver administration processes for retail employees from a HR perspective, both contractually and through ADP and N.gage
  • Manage new starter, changes, and leaver administration processes for Head Office/DC employees from a HR perspective, both contractually and through ADP and N.gage
  • Set up new starters to obtain staff discount
  • Obtain references for new employees
  • Issue references for ex-employees
  • Maintain electronic filing, ensuring folders are kept streamlined and regularly deleted and archived
  • Complete medical health questionnaire audits to ascertain risk
  • Perform payroll duties as required
  • Photocopy, shred, and scan documents as necessary
  • Collate HR reports and information as required
  • Update PowerPoint presentations
