Academics Ltd is committed to providing exceptional support services for children with mental health needs. As an Emotional Wellbeing Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for these students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement strategies for supporting students with emotional and behavioural challenges.
  • Provide individualised support to help students manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping skills.
  • Contribute to the development of lesson plans and activities that promote social-emotional learning and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits package includes access to ongoing training and development, a supportive team environment, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in the lives of young people.
