Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled mental health assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd, working in a school setting to support children with their emotional wellbeing.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students, developing and delivering engaging lessons, providing 1:1 support, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs to access learning and participate fully in school life
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes
Requirements:
We require a highly motivated and empathetic individual with experience in mental health support. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on this position.
