We are recruiting a Customer Satisfaction Manager to join the Vertu Motors Group at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £62,000. We offer a competitive basic salary and OTE up to £62,000 plus company benefits, depending on experience.

As the Aftersales Manager, you will be managing a team of Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors, helping them to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and controlling costs in line with business objectives, while maintaining quality standards and customer service.
  2. Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
  3. Monitoring colleague performance and providing coaching and training to support their success.
