Customer Satisfaction Manager

We are recruiting a Customer Satisfaction Manager to join the Vertu Motors Group at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £62,000. We offer a competitive basic salary and OTE up to £62,000 plus company benefits, depending on experience.
As the Aftersales Manager, you will be managing a team of Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors, helping them to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and controlling costs in line with business objectives, while maintaining quality standards and customer service.
- Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
- Monitoring colleague performance and providing coaching and training to support their success.
