We are seeking a Customer Success Management Lead to join our team based in Bristol (Yate) and lead the success of our clients through effective management and improvement of overall customer relationships.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £31,000-£34,000 per annum.
About the PositionThe Customer Success Management Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of contractual terms and service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High-level understanding of software development and banking operations.
