We are seeking a Customer Success Management Lead to join our team based in Bristol (Yate) and lead the success of our clients through effective management and improvement of overall customer relationships.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £31,000-£34,000 per annum.

About the Position

The Customer Success Management Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of contractual terms and service level agreements.

  1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  2. Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
