Responsibilities- Support and guide professionals across our customer base using our platform.
- Help customers navigate various tools and features within Immersive Labs, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Become an expert in Immersive Labs to diagnose software issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Cross-functional collaboration to support customers seamlessly.
- Speak directly with customers to resolve support tickets smoothly.
