We are seeking an Apprentice Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About You- Main Responsibilities:
- Process new starter information, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into the team.
- Maintain accurate records on appraisals platforms, facilitating regular reviews and feedback.
- Track and report on DEI/Induction training, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, guaranteeing smooth execution and effective resource allocation.
- Liaise with external providers to arrange parental support sessions, demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism.
- Oversee invoice management and evaluation processes, ensuring timely completion and effective financial tracking.
- Develop engaging intranet content, showcasing learning opportunities and promoting organizational growth.
- Administer apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality programs.
- Requirements:
- Proven technical ability with expertise in Excel and process improvement/administration skills.
- A genuine interest in driving business outcomes through Learning & Development initiatives.
- Ambitious and driven, with the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to identifying solutions, coupled with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
