Role Overview

We are seeking an Apprentice Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

About You
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Process new starter information, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into the team.
    • Maintain accurate records on appraisals platforms, facilitating regular reviews and feedback.
    • Track and report on DEI/Induction training, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Coordinate logistics for learning sessions, guaranteeing smooth execution and effective resource allocation.
    • Liaise with external providers to arrange parental support sessions, demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism.
    • Oversee invoice management and evaluation processes, ensuring timely completion and effective financial tracking.
    • Develop engaging intranet content, showcasing learning opportunities and promoting organizational growth.
    • Administer apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality programs.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven technical ability with expertise in Excel and process improvement/administration skills.
    • A genuine interest in driving business outcomes through Learning & Development initiatives.
    • Ambitious and driven, with the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    • A proactive approach to identifying solutions, coupled with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
