About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance to customers on our employability programmes. This will involve coaching and preparing learners for the world of work, identifying their needs, understanding their challenges, and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end information, advice, and guidance to customers/learners on our employability programmes.
* Engage with learners/job seekers at agreed intervals to ensure they sustain their work experience, job, or apprenticeship.
* Ensure learners demonstrate and sustain progression into apprenticeships and employment.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve effective performance management and meet targets.
Requirements:
* Experience in providing careers advice/IAG services on a one-to-one and group work setting.
* Good working knowledge of the Matrix Standard and Ofsted EIF.
* Excellent administration, IT, and organisational skills, with good experience of using MS Office software and management information systems.
