Role Overview

The Forward Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Coach to join our team at HMP Winchester. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals develop the skills and confidence they need to secure employment and achieve their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance to customers/learners on our employability programs.
• Accurately identify the needs of learners/job seekers to understand their challenges, career ambitions, strengths & development areas, future job roles, and/or training opportunities.
• Complete goal-focused action plans/digital personal learning plans and provide support and motivation for clients to implement their action plans.
• Coach learners on a one-to-one and group basis based on The Forward Trust's ES Methodology and Theory of Change.

**Salary:**£24,000 - £28,500 per annum

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing careers advice/IAG services on a one-to-one and group work setting, with a strong understanding of the Matrix Standard, Ofsted EIF, and good administration, IT, and organizational skills.
