Our client is seeking an Employment Services Development Manager to join their team. As an Employment Services Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that learners demonstrate and sustain progression into apprenticeships and employment. This includes short-listing, pre-selecting, and matching/submitting to vacancies/work experience opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing careers advice and IAG services, as well as a tenacious approach and understanding of how employers recruit and select based on talent. You will also have good administration, IT, and organizational skills, with experience of using MS Office software and management information systems.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
