Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £23,000+, with opportunities for experienced candidates to earn more. Additionally, we provide market-leading pay and benefits, including flexible working, comprehensive training, and Level 4 IAG qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Employment Coach to join our team. As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and preparing learners for the world of work, identifying their needs, and understanding their challenges, career ambitions, strengths & development areas, future job roles and/or training opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in providing careers advice/IAG services on a one-to-one and group work setting, as well as working to targets and quality standards in the skills, education, or employability sector. You should have good working knowledge of the Matrix Standard, Ofsted EIF, and a tenacious approach to helping individuals succeed in the world of work.

As an Employment Coach at The Forward Trust, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues to achieve effective performance management, complete goal-focused action plans, digital personal learning plans, and provide support and motivation for clients to implement their action plans. You will also prepare CVs, disclosure letters, and job/apprenticeship application forms with learners, short-list, pre-select, and match/submit to vacancies/work experience opportunities, and support the delivery of employment hub events, job fairs, workshops, and seminars.
