About This Role
We are seeking a Professional Development Coach to join our team at HMP Winchester. As a Professional Development Coach, you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and improve their employability skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver career guidance and employability skills training to individuals in a prison setting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement career development programs.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance career opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth and development of The Forward Trust Careers through innovation and best practice.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the UK's career guidance framework.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a correctional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using digital tools and software.
