About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team as a Holistic Care Specialist. As part of our Reablement Service, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and developing tailored interventions to support holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and contribute to service development and innovation. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping our approach to occupational therapy, enabling us to provide exceptional standards of care.
Working Arrangements:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £38,092 - £42,389 per annum, plus a £2,000 Market Supplement. You will be required to work weekends on a rotational 1:8 basis, ensuring our services operate effectively 7 days a week.
