About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Employment Guidance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As an Employment Guidance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to learners, clients, and job seekers, helping them achieve their career goals.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance, engaging with customers/learners, and ensuring they sustain their work experience, job, or apprenticeship. You will also be required to work closely with the team to develop and deliver employment-focused events, workshops, and seminars.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in providing careers advice/IAG services, who is passionate about empowering individuals to break the cycles of crime and addiction. We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, comprehensive training, Level 4 IAG qualifications, and opportunities to progress in the Employment Services Directorate.
