Job Title: Community Support Specialist

We are seeking organised and passionate individuals to support and facilitate community groups for autistic adults in their local area. Our groups provide a welcoming and non-judgmental setting for autistic adults to meet and engage with one another.

About the Role:
This role involves welcoming new members, supporting them to participate in group activities, and helping to make suggestions about new activities. You will also be responsible for sending feedback to our staff and keeping accurate records of attendance. If any concerns arise, you will report them to our team. We offer ongoing support, training, and insurance coverage for all volunteers. As we work with vulnerable adults, a DBS check is required, which we will cover the cost of.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, quarterly training sessions, ongoing support from a designated staff member, and insurance coverage for all volunteers. The location of this role is at The Arc Winchester, Jewry Street, Winchester, Hants.
