At the Community Child Guidance Clinic, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated volunteer to fill the role of Volunteer Outreach and Engagement Specialist.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing outreach plans to engage local communities.
  • Providing expert business and financial advice.
  • Contributing to workshop planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Cooking light meals for participants.
  • Enhancing marketing efforts through social media and content creation.
  • Maintaining and updating our company website.
  • Securing funding through grant applications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have a deep understanding of mental health issues and a passion for supporting individuals affected by them.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
  • Possess administrative and office management expertise to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Be proficient in computer software, IT systems, and website development.
  • Show business acumen to make informed decisions and drive growth.
  • Have proven ability to write successful grant applications to secure funding.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and a stipend of $500 per month to cover expenses.
