We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Account Development Manager to join our dynamic finance consultancy. This exciting opportunity involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored finance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in account management or sales is essential.
- Prior experience in the finance sector, especially from a finance broker, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism is mandatory.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success is expected.
Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per year (plus commission), providing a solid foundation for career growth and development.
