Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Search. As an HR Administrator, you will provide professional and efficient HR administrative and coordination support to our management team and wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate payroll data to ensure an accurate monthly payroll on time in full.
- Ensure accuracy of placement within the time and attendance data.
- Complete audit/approval checks in line with company procedures.
- Inform the outsourced accountant of any changes to salaries or benefits where required.
- Prepare reporting requirements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee files and filing system.
- Support absence management, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in taking ownership of employee queries and resolving.
- Experience within an HR role.
- Excellent attention to detail and MS office skills.
