Job Title: HR Coordinator

Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Dundee. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing professional, confidential, and efficient HR administrative and coordination support to our management team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll: Collate payroll data to ensure an accurate monthly payroll on time in full. Ensure accuracy of placement within the time and attendance data. Complete audit/approval checks in line with company procedures. Inform the outsourced accountant of any changes to salaries or benefits where required.
  • Reporting: Prepare reporting requirements as necessary, i.e., end of month stats, dashboard data, sickness reporting & other ad hoc requirements for task/activity/project completion.
  • Documentation & System Maintenance: Prepare all HR related administration and coordination for employees, e.g., recruitment, probationary review, contractual changes, maternity/paternity (& other leave types), ad hoc letters, termination paperwork, notices and announcements. Maintain accurate employee files & filing system.
  • Absence Management: Sickness Absence reporting. Conduct return to work interviews. Ensure compliance with policy and trigger points. Support managers through procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the social committee. Coordinate employee events. Collate information for the monthly newsletter and send out. Support employees and business managers with all HR related queries and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build internal relationships
  • Confidence in taking ownership of employee queries and resolving
  • Experience within an HR role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • MS office skills, in particular Excel
