Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Urban Foresight. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a thriving and dynamic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters, including attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment, including introducing new starters into the company and preparing paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes, generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and training participation.
  • Manage employee relation cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
