Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Urban Foresight.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional HR services to our employees. This includes providing comprehensive advice and support on HR matters, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pension schemes, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing support during disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD or similar qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
