Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Urban Foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment, including introducing new starters into the company.
  • Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, and prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and training participation.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to directors and relevant managers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD or similar qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications.
