Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Urban Foresight. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR processes, culture, and talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new starters.
  • Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, as well as prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Provide support in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and training participation, and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Assist in managing employee relations cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
