Urban Foresight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining a thriving and dynamic workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support all aspects of recruitment, including introducing new starters into the company.
- Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, as well as preparing paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
- Provide support in administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, and training participation, and provide data analysis as needed.
- Manage employee relation cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to directors and relevant managers.
- Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
- CIPD or similar qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow within the HR field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
