Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Urban Foresight.

About the Role

This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping and maintaining a thriving and dynamic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment and introduce new starters into the company.
  • Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance, and prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Provide support in administering compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and training participation, providing data analysis as needed.
  • Manage employee relation cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and make recommendations to directors and relevant managers.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD or similar qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
