Principal CFD Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal CFD Engineer to join our Internal Flow and Hazards team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for undertaking technical work on all aspects of CFD simulations, including pre-processing, analysis, and post-processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical work on all aspects of CFD simulations, including pre-processing, analysis, and post-processing.
- Support team meetings and provide technical support.
- Project management and business development.
- Technically review work.
- Capability development - establish processes and methods.
- Involvement in CFD toolset research and development activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics etc or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a highly regulated/high hazard industry.
- Proficient using at least one CFD software package such as Ansys Fluent or StarCCM+.
