Principal Engineer for Electromagnetic Compliance

Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer Required:
\We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team at BAE Systems. As a Principal EMC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compliance of our systems and sub-systems.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Specify and manage requirements and acceptance criteria specific to a system, platforms or programmes\
- Advise design teams on EMC requirements and design considerations\
- Liaise with EMC test engineers to design and specify testing regimes to prove system compliance against relevant standards\
- Design and implement system mitigation to meet EMC standards\
- Mentor and coach Engineers within the team\
- Contribute to the development of electromagnetic requirements and specifications\
- Work closely with external specialists to provide transversal support to engineering delivery teams\
- Support the Engineering Manager in providing guidance and direction to the team\
