Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and inspiring individual to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Marylebone, London. As a strong brand ambassador, you will share our values and bring life to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong Sales Experience: Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • People Management and Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the brand, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Motivating the Team: Inspire and motivate the team with branding and product knowledge, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Leading with Compassion: Lead the team with compassion and understanding, delivering strong sales results while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Shopify, RLM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and other relevant software.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and another language is preferred.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 4+ Years in Retail Sales Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in retail sales, with a background in fashion being a plus.
  • Analyzing and Following Up Sales and KPIs: Analyze sales and KPIs to take informed actions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Communicating with the District Team: Communicate effectively with the district team to secure a good garment level to support sales.
  • Ensuring Store Execution Meets Brand Standards: Ensure that store execution meets brand standards on a daily basis.
  • Implementing and Following Up on Store Operations: Implement and follow up on store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring Cost-Efficient Maintenance: Ensure that maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way.
  • Preventing Loss and Ensuring Audit Compliance: Actively prevent loss and ensure that all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed.
  • Performing Store Operations: Perform store operations, including store appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization.
  • Delivering Outstanding Styling Sessions: Deliver exceptional styling sessions to customers.
  • Establishing Loyalty within the Community: Establish loyalty within the community by providing exceptional customer service and experiences.
